The company management plays an important role in the enforcement of the quality policy. Because of its scope of activities, organizational structure and its size, the company has a top management that takes an active role and effectively participates also in the field of quality management. Regardless of all his other tasks, the managing director must ensure that the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 are continuously met.
The responsibility of the Palett-ex Kft. extends directly or indirectly to its business partners who are involved as a supplier in the execution of services to the clients. The quality policy of the company has the aim that the company makes contacts to suppliers only, which meet the quality expectations of the requirement system of the company or specified by the customers. Therefore Palett-ex Kft. consciously define their quality expectations for their suppliers, chooses its partners according to strict criteria and continuously and documented monitors the fulfillment of the requirements.
The Palett-ex Kft. sells in the course of its activities also its technological knowledge and information, utilizing its national and international contacts. In this work, the provision of services of the company the human resources, that means the staff: the director, the subordinates and ancillary workers, play an important role. Precisely for this reason, selection of employees of the company, their continuous education, training in starting work, the current daily information and scheduled training are essential elements of the quality policy.
The responsibility for the quality of services provided by the company is based on the individual responsibility of the employees contacting the customers directly or indirectly.
